GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 209034
Profiles for enabled/disabled mail accounts
Last modified: 2002-07-26 17:35:03 UTC
Evolution is great. One of the first mail programs that can support both IMAP and POP at the same time. I'm trying to get it setup for use at home and at work. When I'm at work, I can't see my home mail servers due to the firewall, and at home, work is hidden behind said firewall. What would be nice would be a way to specify at startup a profile to use. Let me define the name of the profile, and then under the Edit Profile specfy the Enable/Disable status for all of the mail accounts I have setup. Also, this is a good place to specify HTTP proxy information so that the Summary page would work. Of course, if someone does not create any profiles, then don't ask them to choose one at startup...
Good suggestion for 1.1 :/
