Description of Problem:
The mozilla adress book is in a *.mab file. There
is no importer for this.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. File, Import...
2. Browse...
3. .mozilla/blah/abook.mab

Actual Results:
Can't import it

Expected Results:
Imported address book

There's now an ldif importer which Mozilla should be able to export to.
