Folder list under My Evolution doesn't actually behave correctly after 
new subscriptions, it just puts them in the list alphabetically under the 
folder collection rather than displaying them as a tree which it does on 
restart

This is more of the confusing interface item described in the bug of
which I am marking this a duplicate.
