If that's not a gtk behavior than I guess this should be closed. Also,
I don't know why this was marked 1.0- I guess maybe because I assumed
it would be trivial.

Whenever there is a default button, hitting Enter should activate that
button.  Otherwise there is no point in having a default button.  :-)

Fixed except for the last page of the add account druid as called from
the prefs dialog, due to EvolutionWizard being weird. See also bug 229293.

there are 7 pages within the account druid in evolution1.5-2.0.0.0.

at the 4th page ("receiving emails") pressing enter does not work to 
get the next page. all other pages work fine.

Punting this to 2.3, as it doesn't work for any of the pages, and I
want to look at redoing some of the druid stuff for 2.3 anyway.
