Description Christian Rose 2001-07-12 18:38:24 UTC
Currently, the date shown in the mail header in the normal view is not
translated (English month name, english date seperator etc, etc). This
doesn't look very nice as the field names ("From", "To", etc) are properly
translated.

I think passing the whole date string through strftime before display, and
letting translators translate it, would be a good idea.

Becausee its done as a mail message, its formatted in the same was as
rfc822 dates are.

Localised or configurable would probably be nice.
