Description Larry Ewing 2001-01-16 22:43:49 UTC
Right now object tags do not support width/height attributes. Joe needs this
for the red carpet beta
Comment 1 Larry Ewing 2001-02-27 19:32:49 UTC
Object tags now support pixel widths and heights but none of the proportional
settings. RC doesn't need more for now, although it has it's own hack to
support proportional widths.

retargeting old bugs to clean out milestones. Sorry for the spam.
Comment 4 Radek Doulik 2002-08-01 23:15:04 UTC
I guess percentual width should be easy. Height not, even impossible
(the same problem as with tables).

I think we could implement width=...% and open another bug for
height=...% for all objects.

any news on this?

reassigning to gtkhtml-maintainers@ximian.com
Comment 7 André Klapper 2017-02-09 13:41:44 UTC
GtkHtml is not under active development anymore.
Evolution (its main consumer) switched to a WebKit backend a while ago.
It is currently unlikely that there will be any further GtkHtml development.

Closing this report as WONTFIX as part of Bugzilla Housekeeping (bug 778387) to reflect reality. Please feel free to reopen this bug report in the future if anyone takes the responsibility for active development again.
