Description Mirko Vukovic 2005-04-08 01:39:44 UTC
Command line execution of
dia -e foo.eps foo.dia crashes dia on windows xp.
Comment 1 Hans Breuer 2005-04-20 19:43:46 UTC
Does exporting from the GUI to eps work? Which one?
Comment 2 Mirko Vukovic 2005-04-23 23:26:49 UTC
Followup: If I export to eps from within dia, and the diagram contains text, dia
will crash if I use export to eps using Pongo fonts, but not if I use the
Post-Script Latin-1 font export option.
Comment 3 Hans Breuer 2005-04-24 17:10:25 UTC
So this is once more crashin in PangoFT2. It isn't known to be very
robust (crashes on particular fonts, misconfiguration and the like).
See: http://bugzilla.gnome.org/reports/product-mostfrequent.cgi?product=pango

Does it crash with every file or only with a special one? If the
latter could you provide it as an example?

Thanks,
    Hans

Comment 4 Mirko Vukovic 2005-04-25 00:34:48 UTC
It crashes whenever the diagram has text. No text, no crash. In my particular
case, it was not a special diagram. The first one was one that I created for
some software design, and the second a simple test dia with a graphic object and
text.
