1. I start GIMP 2.2.4

2. This error message appears first:

To fix those crashes, deinstall the Wimp GTK+ theme that has been installed with
GIMP. Your report is a duplicate of bug #112401.

OK, now I have deinstalled the "GTK+ 2 runtime environment" (is this the "Wimp 
GTK+ theme"? ), but then appears another error message by starting GIMP.
It writes that GIMP cannot find the file LIBFONTCONFIG-1.DLL .
