I am attaching a patch to correct the following HIG issues.  This patch is
dependent on the games-frame changes in bug report 171026

GNOME Mine Preferences dialog HIG fixes:

    * Use GNOME HIG recommended dialog padding
      - 12 pixels of padding around dialog border
      - 12 pixels between action area and vbox
      - 18 pixels of padding between frames
