Adobe acrobat reader includes a feature called Fit Visible which fits to the
page width not including margins.  

I was hoping this would be what I'd get when I chose "Best Fit" and was
disappointed to realise that Best Fit actually meant fit to page Height.  

I dont think any of the other open source PDF viewers include "Fit Visible" yet
and it would certainly be an incentive for me if Evince did.
