When dragging a folder (like the "Username's Home" on your desktop, or from
within a nautilus window) to the panel, I think a launcher should be created
(which opens nautilus with that folder location when clicked). Now nothing happens.

It works. But Username's Home is not a real folder... See bug #143580.
