Waiting for HEAD response makes the filechooser come up when we receive the
response, not when the user expects it, i.e. just after selecting Save As.
We should try to copy the methods from the mozilla bug for this
[https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=160454 and follow-ups].

The mozilla bug is marked RESOLVED FIXED.

This doesn't happen in master, the file chooser pops right after clicking.
