file roller crash
Last modified: 2005-03-16 17:19:34 UTC
Distribution: Debian 3.1 Package: file-roller Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.10.0 2.10.0 Gnome-Distributor: Ubuntu Synopsis: file roller crash Bugzilla-Product: file-roller Bugzilla-Component: general Bugzilla-Version: 2.10.0 BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.10.0) Description: Description of the crash: crash on DIR creation Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. browse to desired location of new Directory 2. start creating the Directory 3. It crashes after I typed a few characters. Expected Results: create desired Directory in location of choice. How often does this happen? everytime Additional Information: file rolller also is broken with regard to a top level directory being 'highlighted' when you go into a Directory of choice to extract to ie: I goto: /usr/local/games to extract a new downloaded game and instead it goes into ( no way to 'unhighlight' ) /usr/local/games/topleveldirectory Debugging Information: Backtrace was generated from '/usr/bin/file-roller' (no debugging symbols found) Using host libthread_db library "/lib/libthread_db.so.1". (no debugging symbols found) `system-supplied DSO at 0xffffe000' has disappeared; keeping its symbols.
