GNOME Bugzilla – Bug 169598
nautilus-cd-burner does not ask me if i want to erase a CDRW
Last modified: 2005-03-10 18:55:19 UTC
Please describe the problem: I inserted a CDRW in the drive and burned a .iso file to it. It started erasing the the CDRW, since there was data on it. But I think it would be nice if it noticed that I inserted a CDRW with data on it in the drive and asked me if I wanted to erase the data or insert a different disk! Steps to reproduce: 1. insert a CDRW with data in the drive 2. select a .iso file in the file browser 3. right click and select "Write to disc" 4. press the burn button Actual results: it overwrites the CDRW Expected results: I would have expected it to ask me if I was sure to overwrite my cdrw Does this happen every time? yes Other information:
What version is this? Please copy the output of "nautilus-cd-burner --version" here. Thanks.
