Description Albert Cahalan 2005-02-25 20:26:33 UTC
As a work-around for other gimp limitations (Bug #165023 for example,
but I'm sure there are many other uses), people working with transparency
must generally have 1 or 2 solid-color layers. This is a tremendous waste
of memory.

Please add a special type of layer that consists of just one color.
