The message "Toggle network status" is very bad to translate. Another problem is
that in this form it seems that acting on that voice will change the network use
of the computer while it is only epiphany that will use or not the netowrk
connection.
A better message, such as "Work online/offline" could be used!

I changed it in cvs to "Switch to offline mode".
