Comment 2 Elijah Newren 2005-02-14 18:39:01 UTC
Did this bug really occur in 2.8.x?!? I believe 2.9.x (I'm guessing this is a
duplicate of bug 161361 but need to double check to verify), but could you
double check which version you're actually running? Thanks.
Comment 3 David Cantin 2005-02-14 18:58:40 UTC
this bug occur with

metacity-2.8.6-2
gnome-panel-2.8.1-3

on fedora core 3
Comment 4 Elijah Newren 2005-02-14 19:13:47 UTC
Hmm, I must have forgotten about how bug 161361 was triggered, because that is a
bug that happens for 2.8.x as well. I tracked this down and it is indeed the
same problem as the window selector--the _NET_CURRENT_DESKTOP message being sent
without a timestamp causes problems.
