Steps to reproduce:
1. right click on desktop >> change background
2. click on "add"
3. select an image with german special characters


Stack trace:
Program received signal SIGSEGV, Segmentation fault.

0x080512e5 in gnome_wp_pixbuf_center ()


Other information:
the background chooser doesn't start anymore after this.

is there a way to maybe delete the choosers image thumbnail cache?
