Please describe the problem:
The bounding box of WMF diagrams exported is incorrect.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Setup the page format (in print) to scale-to-fit (not sure if this is
important or not)
2. Create a UML diagram
3. Export as WMF
4. Import into Word or similar program. 


Actual results:
The bottom and left is cut off.

Expected results:
The bounding box should exactly show the WMF diagram like it does with WMF
exports from Open Office draw
