gweather should have a translators comment for the string below (just like the
others like that) explaining how it should be translated. That'd help a lot.

Really, I was hoping to be able to remove this string, but I'm not sure if we
will get around to it.

I'm going to mark it as something I should do, assuming that I don't get around
to making it so you don't need to translate it.

For what it's worth, it should be the coordinates of the default location, you
can get them out of Locations.xml.in (this is why I want to remove it).
