I downloaded the gnumeric-1.4.2-rc1.exe from your webpage and I know that is a beta
so

 I have Native language "Estonian" and when I start Gnumeric a window apperars
that says:
** (gnumeric.exe): WARNING **: In the `_File' menu, the key `u' is used for both
 `_Uus' and `Page Set_up...'.

** (gnumeric.exe): WARNING **: In the `_File' menu, the key `s' is used for both
 `_Salvesta' and `_Sulge'.

** (gnumeric.exe): WARNING **: In the `_Edit' menu, the key `a' is used for both
 `_Aseta' and `P_aste special...'.

** (gnumeric.exe): WARNING **: In the `_Edit' menu, the key `l' is used for both
 `_L⌡ika' and `C_lear'.

** (gnumeric.exe): WARNING **: In the `_Edit' menu, the key `e' is used for both
 `Uu_esti' and `R_eplace...'.
