When I open a new tab, the address bar is not focused, so that if I start
typing, Epiphany performs a search. I wish there would be some gconf key or
something that would let me focus the address bar by default.

Thanks for the bug report. This particular bug has already been reported into
our bug tracking system, but please feel free to report any further bugs you find.

This is a well-known bug in mozilla's embedding component.
