Please describe the problem:
The window list applet no longer expands to fill the empty space in the panel.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Add window list applet to panel
2. Open a few terminals



Actual results:
The size of each window item does not expand to fill the space in the panel.

Expected results:
The window list expand to fill empty space.

Does this happen every time?
Yes.

Other information:
The minimum size I have is 50 and maximum is 4096.
