Description:
When a program is executed (double click over an icon), no visual effect
is provided. On slow (low end) computers that's a problem: you don't
notice if you did click right and sometimes you click more than once
(thus several instances of the applcation running on a slow machine).

It whould be great a little visal effect is performed over the icon
being double clicked, or just chane temporaly the cursor aspect.
