Description Evert Verhellen 2005-01-15 15:26:10 UTC
Sometimes, the Window List applet shows an application's title in bold,
presumably when a new window is displayed without being shown on the foreground
(using metacity 2.9.3). The truth is that this doesn't catch one's attention ...
I have seen quite a few gaim windows being there quite a long time before I
noticed. Couldn't the application's title in the Window List applet just blink
for a while (using the same foreground and background colours as an highlighted
menu item), such as in Windows XP? I think that would be a great improvement.

Version details:
gnome-panel-2.8.2
metacity-2.9.3
