Duplicate "Tallinn" entry in gweather
Last modified: 2005-01-22 19:45:42 UTC
There are two "Tallinn"s in gweather. Probably one should either be removed, or renamed. The ULTT one seems to have the most information available: http://www.aglobalworld.com/cgi-local/metarweather/metar.pl?icao=ULTT http://www.aglobalworld.com/cgi-local/metarweather/metar.pl?icao=ELTN
EETN however is showing an icon, and ULTT isn't. Hmm.
Did some research for this issue... Seems like ULTT has stayed from the Soviet Union times, but I don't know why the coordinates differ. Both codes are for Tallinn Ülemiste Airport.

Comment on attachment 36234 [details] [review] Cleans up Estonia, uses City tags. Ok, you needn't use <city> tags if there is just one <location> in a city. So, for the example of Kärdla, just use that as the location, there is no point calling it Kärdla Airport. For the city Tallinn, having two identical locations is also not so helpful. Perhaps name them "Tallinn Ülemiste Airport" and "Tallinn Ülemiste Airport (alternate)". I hope this clears it up for you.
