Description Bart Vanbrabant 2005-01-12 10:56:16 UTC
Please describe the problem:
When configuring gnome-blog for usage with wordpress the program appends
wordpress/xmlrpc.php to the blog base url. When the base url is
http://blog.url.xx/ than the xml-rpc url is http://blog.url.xx/xmlrpc.php
otherwise the base url would be http://blog.url.xx/wordpress/

This could be easily resolved by changing url ending to just xmlrpc.php

Steps to reproduce:
1. Configure for wordpress
2. press search blogs
3.

Expected results:

Does this happen every time?

Gnome-Blog is configured for a default WP installation, which uses the
http://foo.com/wordpress/. You need to run the Blog Type as a Self-Run Other,
and use the MetaWeblog protocol. This is also discussed in the following bugs
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=156855 and
http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=159563
