Description Pablo Rodríguez 2005-01-09 23:12:37 UTC
When I try to open a dvi file (either from the console or from inside evince), I
get the following error: "Unable to open file. Unhandled MIME type:
'application/x-dvi'".
Comment 1 Marco Pesenti Gritti 2005-01-11 11:27:05 UTC
The DVI backend is unfinished and need substantial work.
Comment 2 Nickolay V. Shmyrev 2005-02-12 17:55:41 UTC
It's interesting what was the reasons for choosing backend? Why not taken dvilib
from tex-guy?

Also is anybody working on this? If not, I can try.
Comment 3 Marco Pesenti Gritti 2005-02-12 21:25:06 UTC
CCing Soeren, he should be able to give more details about the choice.

I think no one is working on this currently, help with this would be very very
appreciated.
