Description Carl Worth 2005-01-03 22:07:38 UTC
1) gnome-terminal
2) ctrl-shift-t
3) ctrl-PgDn

When trying to move "beyond" the first/last tab, gnome-terminal does not consume
the keypress and instead passes it through to the application. This can not be
useful, (as I've implicitly agreed to not need the keybinding in any application
by associating it with next/previous tab). Worse, bash responds to ctrl-PgDn by
beeping and cluttering my input line with ";5~".

Gnome-terminal should instead handle these end conditions, by either doing
nothing or (my preference) by wrapping around. But in no case should it allow
the input to pass through.
