Exporting to EPS loose text
Last modified: 2005-02-06 12:27:08 UTC
I attach a testcase, obtained using dia 0.94, fedora core 3. exporting the diagram I obtain the .eps file, that misses the label of the object...
Created attachment 35302 [details] dia testcase
Created attachment 35303 [details] the eps please note that the label "main" in the attchment seems that it has been substituted with a dash "-"
Zooming into the eps shows: the thext is just a little smaller than expected. This is similar to http://bugzilla.gnome.org/show_bug.cgi?id=153609 but apparently easier to reproduce. It shows the wrong size with current cvs as well.
Created attachment 36773 [details] Diagram that does not export to EPS correctly This diagram will not export to EPS correctly. In several cases, the text labels are shrunk until they are barely visible (see Sells, Customers, BidID and Amount). Other diagrams export to EPS with no problems.
Created attachment 36774 [details] Diagram, exported to EPS demonstrating problem This EPS was exported using the dia GUI. Exporting from the command line produces the same incorrect output.
Attachment #36773 [details] and attachment #36774 [details] demonstrate a similar font problem that results from exporting to EPS. These examples were produced using dia-0.94.
