To reproduce the bug :
---------------------------

1.  Open any video file
2. when the movie runs do the following 
3.  click the left mouse button( do not leave it )
4.  now drag the mouse 

Details of the consequence:
---------------------------

You cannot do any other action with the mouse. But the movie keeps playing .
the system literally hangs.
there is no other go but to shut down and restart.
