Description christoff_pale 2004-12-19 17:34:04 UTC
Some windows show icons in the window-list (gnome) while
others don't.
There should be a configuration option in the windowlist
so that users can assign icons to specific applications if they like.

Second, when one has a "alway group window" option enabled, the group
no longer shows icons sometimes.
For example, say I have 3 pdf's open in acroread. The acroread group shows the
pdf icon; however, when I have multiple xemacs
windows open, the xemacs group does not show xemacs icon (but simply a plain
white blank icon). Note however, that when only a since xemacs window is open,
the xemacs icon is shown correctly.

Second part of your bug is a duplicate of bug #142569.
First part is more or less a duplicate of bug #85199. If you don't agree, could
you please add a comment to this bug. I don't think we need many open bugs about
this.

Thanks
