patch to remove a duplicate entry and correct the spelling of 3 locations.

Kisinev has a unique code, why is it a duplicate? If it's part of one of the
other cities, perhaps you can use <city> tags to clean it up.

Something like
 <city>
  <_name>Big City</_name>
  <location>
   ...
  </location>
  <location>
  </location>
 </city>

Hi, "duplicate" is probably not the best word here.
The code UKII (Kisinev) is for a city with a similar name butt from another
country, namely Ukraine - country code UKxx. The codes for Moldova are LUxx. So,
if one would choose "Moldova/Kisinev", the forecast would be for another city in
another country.
