which distribution are you using ? Does it happen all the time ? does is work if
you restart the session ? which keybindings are you using ?
Comment 2 Sergej Kotliar 2005-01-03 00:01:58 UTC
I am running Fedora 3 (upgraded continiously since RedHat9). No difference
whether I restart session or not. I have tried different keys - F9-F10-F11, or
CTRL-letter, or even used by remote control, same results.
Yes, it happens all the time.

version:
control-center-2.8.0-12
Comment 3 Sebastien Bacher 2005-01-13 01:58:16 UTC
are you using the "locate pointer" feature ?
Comment 4 Sergej Kotliar 2005-01-13 12:02:38 UTC
Yes, I was. Now that I unchecked it, it seems like changing volume works. Does
this bug need to be moved somewhere, or what?
Comment 5 Sebastien Bacher 2005-01-13 12:36:36 UTC
I think that's a duplicate of #125618 in fact. The patch in #125618 seems to fix
the issue.
