system frooze up while trying to transfer files from Inbox to newly

applied <ctrl>+<alt>+<backspace> to get out of locked up condition and

Okay. Well, the initial bug was balsa, I presume. The backtrace
is from the panel, and the panel lives in gnome-core. If the
panel can't run, the applets can't. Moving to gnome-core/panel.
