1) Open Nautilus
2) File > Connect to Server
3) Enter the connection details:
- Service type: SSH
- Host: 10.0.0.1
- Port: 22
- Name used for connection: my username

Then the connection succeded but when i drag and drop files:

File 670M
scp: 9.8M/s   (01:24 mins).
nautilus: 1.3M/s  (08:18 mins) 

File 25M
scp: 10.2M/s  (00:03 seconds)
nautilus: 1.3M/s  (00:40 seconds) 

I did not notice any problem for the FTP.
