Distribution: Fedora Core release 3 (Heidelberg) Package: gnome-desktop Severity: normal Version: GNOME2.8.0 unspecified Gnome-Distributor: Red Hat, Inc Synopsis: no desktop .displays eggcups stped unexpectedly, no file system detected under desktop Bugzilla-Product: gnome-desktop Bugzilla-Component: libgnome-desktop Bugzilla-Version: unspecified BugBuddy-GnomeVersion: 2.0 (2.8.0) Description: Description of the crash: after running the system for a short while after logging back on int cmes up with the error 'eggcups stoped unexecpectedly' all my desktop icons are gone , the bdesktop bakground is in a default state . The system, from the desktop cannot find any file system, however all files are intact as they can be accessed from the terminal command line. Steps to reproduce the crash: 1. Simply run the system and eventually it happened 2. Re- intall the system and event occured again 3.
