Description of Problem:
   I was on vfat folder with correct permissions to create a folder, but
when I right click to create a folder, this says that wrong parameters
on create a folder

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Right click
2. Create a folder
3. 

Actual Results:
	Wrong frame error.

Expected Results:
	Create a folder.

How often does this happen?
	In FC3 only.

Additional Information:
	When i go to bash and digit "mkdir <folder name>", it's works
perfectly
