Description Johan Ersvik 2004-11-03 12:58:35 UTC
Please describe the problem:
Files on a remote account accessed by SSL are opened read-only. Nautilus can
still create files on that location so the problem seems to be gedit.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a nautilus launcher, type: Link, with an ssl url.
2. Open a file on the remote location. It will show up as read-only in gedit.

Actual results:
I can't edit the file.

Expected results:
I would like to open and edit it as any local file.

Does this happen every time?
Yes
