* switch the bookmarks tray extension on
* remove your systray
* add a systray
=> the bookmarks icon is not display and the extension is still on according to
the preferences.

On my first try epiphany crashed, but that doesn't happen anymore. If I get the
crash again I'll provide a backtrace.

IIRC the crash is fixed, not sure about the rest... bookmarks tray is broken on
HEAD anyway.

Bookmarks Tray is obsolete and has been removed from svn trunk.
