Make "Happens every", "Happens from", "Happens at the", ... separate
translatable for all timevalues. Needed for gender changing translations (e.g.
German).

... and use dedicated singular and plural expressions instead of appending the
"s". Reason the same.

Please set the bugstatus to ASSIGNED if you plan to work on this. This is a
critical bug for the translation teams so I'm setting the priority to urgent and
severity to blocker (we wont release until this is finished).
