When I try to filter away spam from the gmane newsgroups, i am not allowed to
filter on the NEWSGROUP header which contains gmane.spam.detected.

Spamassasin adds an header like X-SPAM.

It should be possible 
 to select flexibly any header and 
 to add contents to the filter as plain text or a regex
