Description Salman Khilji 2004-10-27 02:12:22 UTC
When we right click on the title bar of a window, we are presented with a menu
from which we can move a window to another desktop. The last 4 entries on the
menu are:

Put on All Workspaces
Move to Workspace Left
Move to Workspace Right
Move to Another Workspace >

If you notice even while reading this bug report, that the entries for moving to
the "Left" and "Right" do not stand out---the user must read all the text to
find out where the Left, Down, Right, and Up options are. If we add appropriate
icon-pixmaps right next to 'Move to Workspace Left' options etc., then the user
does not have to read any text at all to move the window to a different desktop
since the four different icons will stand out.

Just helps my poor eyes---don't like to read.

Other information:
I am using GNOME 2.8.1 as shipped with Ubuntu Linux 1.0

This is a duplicate (more or less) of bug 139737, but I like the idea in bug
145281 better (even if it is much more work).
