Description of Problem:
I have a 2 monitor setup on my machine. They work with dual X. When
something is launched on screen A it goes in the notification bar of
screen A.
When I do the same with an app on screen B it goes no where. Also When I
hit the show desktop button in screen B it minizes all apps on screen
A.


Steps to reproduce the problem:
1. Run a Dual X setup ( www.cybermans.com/xorg.conf)
2. use gnome 2.8
3. do something in the panels as described above
