This will be a tracker for libwnck menu bugs.  It will avoid bugs
involving actions (e.g. when I click on X it doesn't do what I expect, or I'd
like to be able to do Y.  Rather, just things like "Z doesn't look right"). 
I'll start it off by adding the following dependencies in a minute:

 92842 - tasklist menu should popup near mouse
104026 - wrong ordering of menu entries in right-click menu of window
135710 - menu out of sync with metacity

Note that the following bugs in the grouping tracker are also related:
100684 - alphabetize group popup window order
155875 - extend behavior of popup menu for grouped items (group actions, plus
         access to actions for individual windows)
