In the diagram window, use the resize control to resize the diagram window.
The cursor changes apperance but it's not possible to resize the window

Confirming this. It changes the mouse pointer, but when dragged does nothing.

I think this is caused by bug #143285 (Statusbar resize grip do not resize
(win32)) in GTK+.
