Description Amadeus 2004-10-08 20:11:26 UTC
AUC-TeX is perhaps the best way to quickly type in Latex commands, and is
therefore very useful.

(X)Emacs have AUC-TeX support, but I have no idea if that can be ported to GEdit.

I'm marking this as duplicate of 163170 even if this bug is older, since 163170
is more generic and already contains a bit of discussion.

For what is worth AUC-TeX cannot be ported to gedit, however it is certainly a
good reference to come up with ideas.
