With this patch, we could remove the "Open terminal" item from the desktop
context menu (in nautilus).

(maybe rob or elijah already branched)

I think removing "Open Terminal" is probably a separate discussion, since
people could already just set a terminal on one of the arbitrary command keys.

No, we haven't branched yet.  We're waiting for some other bug fixes.  It
probably won't be long, though...
