When a wallpaper with umlauts (ÀöÌ) in the filename is added to the
selection, it is first given the name of another wallpaper, but
displayed. It cannot be selected, though.

The corresponing entry in .gnome2/backgrounds.xml gets empty name and
filename tags.

When the dialog is reopened, it crashes due to this malformed entry.
