Description of Problem:
I had  a toppanel in the second screen (screen1) on a two monitors
xinerama enabled desktop.
I insert a drawer in the toppanel...Well, but when i open it, the
content list opens in the principal monitor (screen0) at coordenates:
Y:behind the imaginary line of the toppanel
X:closer to the secondary monitor where i had the toppanel.

Steps to reproduce the problem:
1.Enable two monitors with xinerama
2.Put the toppanel in the secondary monitor
3.Insert a drawer into the panel and open it

Actual Results:
Opens in the principal screen

Expected Results:
Open in the same screen as the panel where it's inserted
